DAINTON Park ladies qualified for the Still Cup semi-finals after winning their division.

Okehampton stood in the way of a place in the final, a team they had played twice in the division stage, winning and losing one apiece.

An extremely windy Thurlestone GC was the location for the semi and it was all to play for.

Winning matches came from captain Charlotte Husband and Julie Winsor. Vicky Cave meanwhile, was all square through 15, but a very strong Oke squad had claimed victory before this final match could finish.

Okehampton will face Teignmouth in the final at Torquay GC whilst Dainton still earned a trophy for reaching the semi-finals, and doing so on their first time in the competition is a great achievement.
