A MAN has been taken to hospital after a collision near McDonald’s in Newton Abbot.

The driver of a van has been reported to court for driving without due care after the incident, which saw a pedestrian taken to hospital.

The man’s injuries are not currently believed to be life-threatening or life-changing, the Mid-Devon Advertiser understands.
