IT may be the height of summer (sort of), but it is never too early to start thinking about Christmas... especially if you want a market stall at Moretonhampstead’s popular festive market.

Moretonhampstead Parish Council is excited to invite people to trade at its Christmas Market, which takes place on November 30 from 2pm to 6.30pm on New Street and George Street.

Spaces are limited, hence the parish council is encouraging those interested to apply early for a stall, which cost just £10.

A spokesperson for Moretonhampstead Parish Council said: ‘Last year's event was a huge success, bringing the community together in the heart of Moretonhampstead, and we’re aiming to make this year's market even bigger and better!

‘With the grand light switch-on at 5:30 PM and entertainment planned throughout the afternoon, it’s the perfect opportunity to reach new customers and spread festive cheer.

‘Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to be part of our Christmas Market!
