THE case of a Cullompton man accused of speeding on the A38 at Chudleigh has been adjourned for trial.

Phillip Farrar, 35, of Russett Close, is charged with driving an Alfa Romeo on the A38 on June 7 last year while a temporary restriction order was in place at a speed exceeding 50mph, contravening a temporary maximum speed limit. 

Magistrates adjourned the case for a trial on October 27 at Plymouth Magistrates Court.
