THE finals day of the SDSL (South Devon Seniors League) was held at Teignmouth Golf Club on Tuesday, September 17 which was contested by the three regional league winners Stover, Staddon Heights and Exeter.
This was won by Stover with a total of 207 points from their best better-ball Stableford 5 scores from 6 pairs.
Meanwhile, the jamboree day of the SDSL was held at Teignmouth Golf Club on Thursday, September 19 and this was contested by the 12 remaining regional teams from the three divisions.
Teignmouth GC came out on top in this one with a total of 119 points, from three pairs of better-ball Stableford.
Also, Alan Munson and Tony McHale won bottles of whiskey for nearest the pin on holes two and 16 respectively.
