TWO second half goals from striker Jared Lewington kept 10-man Buckland Athletic at the top of the Toolstation Western League Premier Division table.

After a quiet opening, the game burst into life in the 20th minute when Buckland’s Cameron Kelly was shown a red card after hauling down a Clevedon Town player – it was the second time this season that Kelly has received his marching orders.

Things were fairly even until early in the second half when Lewington produced a calm finish after being played in by Nick Rudge.

Charlie Johansen then created room for player of the match Lewington to fire home his second to secure Bucks a 2-0 win and three more points.
