TEIGNMOUTH Brownies are delighted with a £364 cheque from a supermarket in the town.

The money was donated from Waitrose, which designated the 4th pack as one of its chosen charities.

Hazel Wilks, the Brownies’ brown owl, thanked everybody who supported them, saying part of the cash would be used to replace at least one of the unit’s flags, which are ‘rather outdated’.
