THE tortoise arriving at Platform 1 - is the very slow non-stop stop service from Teignmouth.

Sharp-eyed Network Rail superhero Steph sprang into action after she spotted the chelonian chuff-chuff plodding gently along the permanent way between Teignmouth and Newton Abbot shortly after midday today (Friday).
