Teignbridge's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

A38, from 8pm August 20 to 6am August 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Dart Bridge to Peartree - lane closure for electrical works.

A30, from 7pm September 2 to 6am September 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, between Fingle Glen and Alphington lane closure for horticultural works.

A30, from 8pm September 2 to 6am September 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Exeter exit slip road to M5, junction 31 closed for resurfacing, diversion via A38 southbound to Kennford.

M5, from 8pm September 2 to 6am September 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 31 lane closure for resurfacing.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
