MAGISTRATES have varied a community order on a Liverton man after the tag on his leg caused a ‘medical reaction’.

The tag had been imposed on Simon Hesse, 36, of Cummings Court.

The court ordered it be removed as the tag had caused a ‘significant’ reaction and the requirements of his order be amended to be completed by the original end date of the order on February 6 2023.
