POLICE are appealing for help to locate a 39-year-old man from South Devon.
John Matthews is wanted by police in connection to breach of a court order, burglary, theft of motor vehicle and dangerous driving.
He is described as a white male, around 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build.
He is believed to have dark hair and beard and a tanned complexion.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper and black baseball cap with flip flop style shoes.
He has links across Devon and Cornwall.
