A CHUDLEIGH man has denied three charges of touching women sexually.
Christopher Ken Ayre, aged 37, of Weavers Road, pleaded not guilty to touching the women sexually at The Ship Inn in Chudleigh when the women did not consent and he did reasonable believe that she was consenting.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place on July 30 last year.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case until July 21 for a trial.
He was also charged with assaulting a man by beating at the Ship Inn.
