TEIGNBRIDGE Council regards a bunch of old boxes as more important than the youth of Teignmouth, a councillor has claimed.
Cllr Paul Burgess made the comment after it was reported that a bid to use the redundant room above the Den bowling club for a youth centre had been vetoed because it was being used to store old furniture.
'This is outrageous. Teignbridge make great play of trying to interest young people by inviting Muse to run the council for a day, and then make a decision like this.
