STUDENTS at Teign School have been celebrating the book with a number of activities and competitions planned over a five-week period.

The events began with an author visit for the whole of Year 7 by children’s fantasy author Chris d’Lacey which was both entertaining and informative. Many students took the opportunity to buy a book and get it signed by the author after the talk.

Another popular event was a computer-based ‘Prize Book Quiz’ held in the Library a few days before World Book Day.
