Overnight resurfacing work will be carried out on the A385 Ashburton Road at Dartington at the start of next month.

Following the completion of drainage improvements, which are due to be completed on Friday, August 28, the road will be closed overnight (from 7pm to 7am) each night from Tuesday, September 1, to Friday, September 4.

The road will be closed from the junction with Shinner’s Bridge Roundabout and Western bypass.

A diversion will be signed via the A385, A38, A383, A381 and A385 although local drivers may find alternative routes.

The road will be fully opened during the daytime.
