ENVIRONMENT Agency bosses have assured that one of Teignmouth's historic attractions will be returned to the port in a few weeks' time.
A collection of old boots at the New Quay on the back beach were carefully stored away while work on the town's new flood defence scheme was under way.
Known as Boot Hill, the site attached to Garstone Garden Ornaments has been a feature of the town since the late 1940s.
There had been concerns that the old boots, which had flowers growing from them, could be lost or damaged.
