THE flower arrangers of Ogwell are girding their loins for their next flower festival, which begins on October 7 and runs until October 9.
The festival is a biannual event which have been going for at least 20 years and is held at St Bartholomews church.
The sun in the past have included Celebrations including a replica Mayflower; Ogwell village and authors.
Given the time of year, the theme for the upcoming festival is Season of Mists and mellow fruitfulness, interpreting the poems and pictures of autumn.
Church warden Stella Llewellyn said: ‘St Barts is very much a village church and we like to open it for everyone to enjoy.’
