KINGSTEIGNTON residents can take a trip down memory lane at St Michael’s Church historic day on Saturday.
Ninety years of Kingsteignton and Teigngrace history will be represented with photographs and other memorabilia, in collaboration with the Queen’s 90th birthday year.
A spokesman for the event said: ‘There’ll be a short celebratory service and cake to be shared at the close.
The morning coffees, luncheons and cream teas to be served are fit for a queen.
And new for this year is a teddy bear parachute jump.
‘There’s also fantastic views across Kingsteignton to be seen from morning trips up to the top of the tower.’
The event is at St Michael’s Church, in Church Street, from 10am to 4pm.
