TEIGNMOUTH'S economy has been given a £2.5 million boost with the completion of a mini-commercial complex at Broadmeadow.

Situated close to the Morrisons supermarket, Estuary Court consists of 14 units in three separate buildings, for light industrial use, trade counters, or offices.

Six different businesses, ranging from furniture importers to an architectural ironmonger, are already preparing to move in, and other units are now available to rent. Eight new jobs have been created.

Built to high environmental standards, each unit can be tailormade to suit the tenant.
