A COMMUNITY litter pick in and around Chudleigh Knighton proved successful.

Organised by Hennock Parish Council, the litter pick saw volunteers fill as many as 11 bags.

Volunteers then enjoyed home-made cake!

‘Many thanks to Chudleigh Knighton Village Hall for free use of their garden and garden room and Teignbridge District Council for collecting the rubbish and recyclables for us’ a spokesperson for Hennock Parish Council said.
