A BUCKFASTLEIGH man will be sentenced by the Crown Court for damaging the doors of two women, assaulting one of them and assaulting three police officers.
Danny Cameron Morgan, aged 25, of Market Close, appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court where he admitted 11 charges and was remanded in custody and committed for sentencing by Exeter Crown Court on July 5.
Morgan admitted causing £250 of damage to the door of a Buckfastleigh woman on September 4, 2021. He also admitted possessing 2.475 grams of cannabis on September 7, 2022 in Exmouth.
Morgan changed his plea to guilty on nine further offences on April 8 of this year at Axminster.
He admitted damaging a door, car and jacket of a second woman in Axminster.
He further admitted damaging a bra of a third woman and assaulting her by beating.
At Axminster Hospital he admitted he assaulted three emergency workers, police officers, by beating.
Morgan also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him.
He also admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Plymouth Crown Court in January 2022 for an offence of possession of a knife.
Magistrates said he would be remanded in custody ‘on the grounds that likely to offend and due to the nature and seriousness of offences.’
