THE FULL line-up for Teignmouth Airshow has been announced with the RAF Red Arrows headlining the event.
Organisers of the show, which is run by a team of volunteers, have announced the full line up for the show which takes place on July 1.
The iconic Red Arrows will be joined in the skies by the RAF Typhoon display team, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, the Starlings, Richard Goodwin Pitts Special and the Aerosuperbatics WingWalkers.
Ahead of the main event, the 2023 official Teignmouth Airshow programme will be launched on Saturday.
Award-winning artist Laura Wall has again designed the artwork for the programme which will be launched from her gallery in Northumberland Place at 11am.
Laura said: ‘It was wonderful to be asked again by the organisers of Teignmouth Air Show to create the artwork for the front cover of the official 2023 programme, I do hope you like it.’
Laura will be available to sign copies of the programme on Saturday at the gallery.
Limited edition framed prints of her artwork are also available to purchase.
Airshow organisers say this year’s line-up ‘looks fantastic’ and thanked the generous supporters and sponsors who have donated to make the event happen.
It is expected that the aircraft displays will take place between 1pm and 6pm.
Organisers are recommending visitors use public transport to travel to the show.
For public safety many of the roads in and out of the town will be closed from 7am on the day with limited parking available in the town.
Out of town parking will be available at the playing fields behind Morrisons.
Parking is charged at £5 per car all day from 8am to 8pm and proceeds from the car park will go to Teignmouth Scouts.
