New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Tikka's, at Shop 44 Fore Street Buckfastleigh Devon was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 3.

And Cafe Latino, at 19a North Street Ashburton Newton Abbot Devon was given a score of two on November 3.

It means that of Teignbridge's 248 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 197 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
