A NEWTON Abbot man has been banned for 28 days for driving without insurance.
Matthew Dominic Barnes, aged 19, of Beacon Drive, admitted he drove a Volkswagen at Brixham when an insurance policy was not in place.
As well as the ban he was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £48 to fund victim services.
