A DOMESTIC violence protection order has been made against a Bovey Tracey man.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court made the order on Michael Arkle, aged 52, of Folly Court, for 28 days, saying it was an ‘Urgent result: in a domestic violence case’.

Under the order Arkle must not molest the woman named in the order by molestation or by using or threatening violence against the woman, or intimidate her.
