A WOMAN caught speeding three times on the A38 has been banned from driving for six months.

Danielle Spurling, aged 21, of Victoria Place, Stoke, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to doing more than 50mph in a BMW on the A38 at Chudleigh when a temporary speed restriction was in place last April 16. She was banned from driving for six months and fined £246. She must pay £90 costs and £49 to fund victim services. She was given four penalty points.

Spurling further admitted speeding at more than 50mph on the A38 at Chudleigh three days later when a temporary speed restriction was in place. She was fined £123 and given three penalty points.

She received three more penalty points after admitting she drove at a speed greater than 70mph on the A38 at Plympton. She was fined a further £123.
