AN upcoming choir concert in Chudleigh will see not only primary school pupils give a performance but also poet Matt Harvey of BBC’s Wondermentalist Carabet fame.

Chudleigh Parish Church will be hosting the South Devon Singers in the new year on Saturday, January 7.

The event will feature a feast of fantastic poems, spanning the sad and mad kind to those of a funny and punny variety.

Chudleigh Primary School pupil’s will be performing ‘Being Me’ for the very first time during the concert.
