FOUR charges against a Kingsteignton man have been dismissed.
Matthew Scott, aged 25, of Chariot Drive, had been charged with two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or disorderly behaviour towards another man at a café in Torquay.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court dismissed both cases after no evidence was offered.
Mr Scott was also charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or disorderly behaviour towards another man that was racially aggravated at a café in Torquay. The court dismissed this case after no evidence was offered.
He was also charged with damaging two chairs to the value of £80 belonging to the café. This case was also dismissed after no evidence was offered.
