A motorist from Plymouth has denied that his dangerous driving caused a crash on the A 38 near Exeter.
Kenton Allen, aged 53, of Thirlmere Gardens, Plymouth, pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court.
He is accused of driving his Vauxhall Corsa dangerously in the middle lane of the A 38 Westbound near Kenton on October 20, 2016.
Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, adjourned the case for trial and released Allen on bail.
