POLICE are investigating following a burglary at a Dawlish shop.
Officers were alerted to the Co-Op in The Strand in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A front glass door had been smashed and a quantity to Lottery scratch cards.
A police spokesman said: ‘Officers were called to the break-in at the Co-op on The Strand around 3.35am on Sunday 12 October.
‘The front door glass had been smashed and a quantity of National Lottery scratchcards stolen.’
Police are investigating the incident and appealing for anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious at the time of the offence to contact them.
